We have a sole distribution agreement for a wide range of AV equipment from technological leaders like GTCO Calcomp, USA to ensure that the most recent products are available to the customers. We are also the exclusive supplier of document cameras manufactured by Elmo Co. Ltd. Japan.

We have an efficient and extensive service network to back our state of the art products and solutions. The company provides sales and after sales service, preventive maintenance, a maintenance contract and spare parts. Today the company has 20 service locations and over 30 resident engineers strategically located across the country.

Globus Infocom is the first company in India that has a state of the art ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing unit in Dehradun producing world class multimedia projectors, Interactive white boards, Pads, Panels and Visualizers. The manufacturing process begins from a customer's order and is controlled via "MES" (Manufacturing Execution Software) and a "Smart" conveyor system. The manufacturing model is based on certified quality control measures to ensure that the end product is true to international expectations.

Recently Globus Infocom bagged the Industry's biggest single order to supply 84 Video Walls for 24x7 Application centers of the government at five locations. This project has been completed successfully with precision and within time lines. The Interactive classroom Solution has been successfully installed complete with digital content software at 50 sites in the last 4 months.

Three years ago Globus Infocom launched the Dealership program called "GPDN" (Globus Presentation Dealer Network). It conducted Product Display Road Shows at various cities that showcased various AV Products & Solutions to dealers in the IT, AV, OA & CE fields.
